Refund and Cancellation Policy

Alphas Refund Policy Disclaimer 

 

All services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been performed, regardless of satisfaction.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment or correction at our discretion. No corrections will be made after this time frame.

 

We are not responsible for results affected by:

• Improper aftercare

• Failure to follow recommended maintenance

• Services performed by another provider after your appointment

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to service

 

Retail product sales are final.

 

By booking an appointment and/or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Alphas Cancellation Policy

 

We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.

 

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

 

Cancellations made outside the cancellation window, or failure to show for an appointment, will result in a cancellation fee of 50%  of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

 

Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee, as it impacts our ability to serve other clients.

 

Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
